TOTAL SCORE
|
Add up the numbers to get your total
score. There is a possible total score of 33.
Naturally, the higher the score, the
more pronounced the behavior.
LEVEL 1: If your score is 5 or below.
LEVEL 2: If your score is between 6 and 19.
LEVEL 3: If your score is 20 to 25.
LEVEL 4 or 5: If your score is 25 or higher.
This
questionnaire is just a sample of the types of the interpersonal conflicts that
commonly occur in the workplace. It does
not every type of conflict there is. For
example, many of the unlawful anti-discrimination actions (including racism,
sexual harassment, etc.) are not listed here.
If you do not see information regarding your personal conflict here,
review the post “Overview
of the Different Levels on The Conflict Scale” to find the level that you
believe most accurately describes your situation. Then return to the blog site
and choose your solutions accordingly.
